Objectives

1. Mathematics crosses boundaries in a way no other technical subject can. It is an integral part of the study of engineering regardless of which branch of engineering is chosen.
2. The objective of the department is to impart quality education to students and motivate them to apply the various mathematical techniques in their respective fields.
3. From its very inception, the department has encouraged a view of learning in which students are given an opportunity to participate actively in discussions.
